OUR CLASSES

our relaxed, personal approach to learning

For starters we will have an introduction and explain the format of the day. 


For the main course we will demonstrate some techniques and how to create some dishes.  Next you will get the chance to try out some of these techniques and make something yourself.


For pudding...we will all sit down to a meal and taste your creations and discuss the techniques and flavours used and how these may work for you.  We will also taste and advise on wine choices to complement the dishes.

With small classes of no more than 6, you will get the chance to ask any questions and get help and advice.
